The Fin5 orienteering week consists of five legs from which you can choose to participate in all or only a few. There is a day off between the second and the third competition day. In evenings and on the day off you have a possibility to get familiar with the sights of the district or to participate in extra happenings of the orienteering week.

There are, for example, three national parks within short driving distances (Seitseminen, Lauhanvuori and Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas). |
| You can also visit the 42nd week-long jazz-festival in Pori (Pori Jazz). An interesting place for a visit is Särkänniemi Adventure Park in Tampere and Shopping Center Ideapark. Bus transportations have been planned to some of the attractions mentioned above. | |

The first ski tunnel in southern Finland is also located nearby in Jämi. You can ski there year round. During the week there will also be other fun happenings having to do with orienteering. |
